Axos Invest and Fidelity Go (Fidelity's automated account) best serve hands-off investors who want to leave the day-to-day trading decisions to professionals. But Fidelity Go is a stronger choice if you're looking to start investing without any minimum requirements.
Axos Invest has a higher minimum requirement, but unlike Fidelity, it offers tax-loss harvesting, and its 0.24% annual fee applies to all account sizes (you'll have to pay 0.35% per year at Fidelity Go if you have a minimum balance of $50,000).
However, Fidelity Go's mutual funds are free of expense ratios. You'll have to account for such fees at Axos Invest.

The Better Business Bureau has given Axos Invest an B- rating to reflect its views of how well the company interacts with its customers. BBB ratings range from A+ to F, so Axos Invest exhibits a relatively high level of customer trustworthiness.
When assigning ratings, the bureau also considers type of business, time in business, customer complaint history, licensing and government actions, and advertising issues. But keep in mind that its ratings don't guarantee that a company will be reliable or perform well.

Axos Invest offers commission-free trading for stocks and ETFs, and its self-directed accounts don't have minimum requirements. When it comes to automated investing, however, you'll need at least $500 to get started, and you'll pay 0.24% in advisory fees. Options contracts cost $1 each ($0.80 each for Axos Elite members), and mutual funds are $9.95 per trade.
Is Axos Bank an investment bank?
Axos Bank offers checking accounts, savings accounts, loans, and more. Axos Invest is a separate entity providing automated investing accounts and self-directed trading. Simple account integration is one of the major perks for users with both Axos Bank accounts and Axos Invest accounts.
But you can also earn up to a 1.25% APY if you set up Axos Invest accounts in addition to Axos Bank accounts.
