Set approximately 100 years before "Yellowstone," "1923" stars Harrison Ford as the patriarch of the Dutton family in the 1920s. The series explores the history of the powerful family and their ranch in Montana amid the challenges brought by Prohibition, Western Expansion, and the early impact of the Great Depression.

Harrison Ford ("Raider of the Lost Ark") and Helen Mirren ("The Queen") headline the cast of "1923" as ranchers Jacob and Cara Dutton.
