Peter Pan & Wendy, the newest live action spin on the classic story of Never Land, is now streaming on Disney Plus. The new movie is available to watch worldwide for all Disney Plus subscribers.

A fresh update to the well-known tale written by J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan & Wendy follows the three Darling children on a journey to the magical Never Land with the help of Peter Pan. There they encounter Captain Hook, the fearsome pirate captain dead set on taking down Peter. The adventure that ensues takes the children on a journey of magic, friendship, and self discovery.

Jude Law stars as the villainous Captain Hook, with Alexander Molony and Ever Gabo Anderson as the titular Peter Pan and Wendy. Rounding out the cast of familiar characters are Yara Shahidi as Tinkerbell, Jim Gaffigan as Mr. Smee, and Alyssa Wapanatahk as Tiger Lily. While the tale of Peter Pan was largely brought into the limelight by Disney's popular animated version back in 1953, this is the first live-action reimagining by the studio.

Director David Lowery is no stranger to adapting animated classics into live action films. He previously directed the film Pete's Dragon for Disney in 2016. Lowery also serves as co-writer of the screenplay for Peter Pan & Wendy, alongside Toby Halbrooks.
