• A nonprofit filed a lawsuit on Thursday to end Biden's student-loan payment pause and prevent another extension.
• It said the pauses have undermined recruiting efforts through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.
• It comes after SoFi Bank filed a lawsuit last month to end the payment pause.

The lawsuits keep on coming to end President Joe Biden's student-debt relief.
