US general cautions against writing Russia's army off in Ukraine: 'It is bigger today than it was at the beginning of the conflict'

Russia's ground forces are bigger than they were when they first invaded Ukraine, a top US general said.
Despite massive losses, Russia is still well-equipped with air forces and ships, he said.
"Much of the Russian military has not been affected negatively by this conflict," said Gen. Christopher Cavoli.
