The UK on Wednesday lifted sanctions against Russian oligarch Oleg Tinkov.
Tinkov has been an outspoken critic of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and has called the war "crazy."
Virgin Group founder Richard Branson endorsed Tinkov's appeal against the sanctions.
