According to Freddie Mac, 30-year mortgage rates averaged 6.81% this week, which is a tiny bit higher compared to last week's average.

But on a day-to-day basis, rates have been a bit more volatile, dropping significantly on Thursday thanks to commentary from the Federal Reserve that suggests the central bank may be able to stop hiking rates if inflation continues to come down. But they've since trended back up a bit.
