Amazon's October Prime Day event is officially underway, and we're here, live, for the next 48 hours, to round up all of the best Prime Day TV deals. Whether you're looking for a new entry-level display or a big-screen 4K set, our expert deal hunters are highlighting all of the top discounts from brands like LG, Samsung, Sony, and Hisense.
We're also keeping an eye out for soundbars to give your TV audio a big boost. It's also a great day to get a discount on a streaming device, like a Fire TV Stick 4K. We've also spotted a few TV cabinets/stands that could add some extra style to your home entertainment setup. And if you're looking for even more discounts from Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days event, check out our main Prime Day deals roundup that covers all product categories.
High and midrange 4K TVs, including top picks like the Samsung S95C and LG G2, lead the way, with movie fans and gamers spoilt for choice. So whether you're seeking the deepest blacks for horror movies or want a blistering 120Hz refresh rate for your PS5 of Xbox Series X, we've got you covered.
Prime Day TV deals aren't just about the fancy sets, though. Budget models have become even more affordable, with some HD options under $100. If you can afford to spend a little more, many quality 4K TVs are on sale for under $550, like our top budget pick the Hisense U6K.
The best Prime Day TV deals
This Insignia TV is far from a top performer. It only supports 720p resoolution rather than 1080p or 4K. But what it lacks in picture quality, it more than makes up for in pure value. Right now, this TV is just $79! That's a common deal price for this model, but that doesn't make it any less of a great price. Again, this set is purely for casual viewers who want a small TV model with basic streaming capabilities and a voice remote. But if you're in need of a cheap TV for your bedroom and don't care about picture quality, there's little reason to pay more.
The TCL QM8 is the brand's top 4K QLED model for 2023. It has a Mini LED backlight with local dimming and quantum dots — which are all excellent picture quality features to have. Though it can't quite match the contrast of an OLED, it delivers impressive black levels for a QLED and incredible peak brightness. At a Prime Day sale price of just $1,098 for the 65-inch model, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better performing TV for less.
LG's C-Series OLED TVs always deliver some of the best value you can get. The latest model, the C3, is no different. Though it doesn't offer a big upgrade over last year's C2, it's now on sale for around the same price as that older TV. With an infinite contrast ratio and LG's reliable webOS smart TV system, the C3 is an excellent midrange OLED. Samsung's S90C does offer brighter colors, but the C3 has an edge for anyone who wants Dolby Vision capabilities, since Samsung doesn't support that format. Dolby Vision can deliver a more precise high dynamic range experience that can scale better to your TV's specific specs.
As its name implies, the Bose Smart Soundbar 600 is built with smart features in mind. It has an integrated microphone for hands-free Alexa voice control, and it supports both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth music streaming. And despite its compact size, it packs a lot of audio power, complete with up- and side-firing drivers to bounce Dolby Atmos audio around your room. For Prime Day, it's $100 off its regular price, which is a sweet deal for one of our favorite soundbar models.
It's expensive, but the Samsung S95C is one of the absolute best high-end TVs you can snag this year. The display uses an advanced OLED panel with quantum dots, which enables it to get brighter and produce richer colors than a regular OLED. It's also one of the few OLED TVs on the market that can support a 144Hz refresh rate for smooth gaming on a compatible PC. For Prime Day, the 65-inch model is down to an all-time low price of $2,597, which is $700 off its full asking price.
This 5.1.3-channel LG soundbar system is down to an all-time low price that's more than half-off its regular cost. The package includes a soundbar unit, a separate subwoofer, and two rear satellite speakers, which makes it more like a mini home theater system than a typical soundbar. And best of all, it supports Dolby Atmos to make it sound like audio effects are coming from above your head.
LG's G2 OLED is a 2022 model, but it remains one of the most gorgeous TV you can buy. It's brighter than an average OLED and has a slim "Gallery" design that lets you hang it flush on your wall. For Prime Day, the 77-inch model is down to $2,897. And while that's still pricey, it's actually an excellent value for such a high-end TV at this size. Just keep in mind, this model does not come with a stand, so you'll have to buy one separately if you don't want to mount it.
Hisense's U6K is our pick for the best budget TV you can buy right now. Even at full price, the 65-inch model is an excellent deal, but at just $548 it's a steal. This is the only TV in its price range that manages to include quantum dots, local dimming, and a Mini LED backlight. All that jargon translates into some of the best contrast and color performance we've seen for the money. If you're someone who wants the latest image features but don't want to spend $1,000+, this is the budget TV to buy.
The Samsung S90C is the successor to our favorite TV from 2022, the S95B. And though this newer model is typically more expensive than that older display, the 65-inch S90C is down to an all-time low price of $1,698. That's even less than the S95B currently goes for at most retailers! The S90C is easily one of the most impressive TVs you can buy, and its advanced OLED panel with quantum dots delivers top-notch picture performance for less than competing sets from LG and Sony.
4K TVs are all the rage these days, but Full HD screens still look great. And this model from Insignia offers 42-inches of crisp Full HD picture, along with built-in Amazon Fire TV features, for a low price: During Prime Day, it's only $140. This makes it a great choice if you need an extra TV for a guest room or office.
If you're anything like me, you spend more time looking at your computer than your TV. And if that's the case, you should invest in a great computer monitor. We've already found loads of discounts on monitors from top brands like Asus, Dell, Samsung, and more. Whether you're looking for vibrant colors, high refresh rates, or even ultrawide resolutions, now's the time to buy and save.
With streaming apps like Max deleting some of their best movies and TV shows, owning your own media is more important than ever. And if you want to watch the most popular 4K titles, you'll need a great 4K Blu-ray player — like this model from Panasonic, which can stream apps too. It's more than $80 off right now, nearing the all-time low price.
This 55-inch LG C2 4K TV (say that five times fast) has Amazon's Alexa assistant built into it. That means you can use it to play movies, launch apps, and even control appliances throughout your home with just your voice. It also has some amazing image quality and color control, which is always a must-have. Right now it's 27% off — that's a discount of almost $500.
Standing speakers look great, and this model from Sony's Core Series sounds even better. Right now, you can buy this speaker for 36% off, which is almost a $100 sale. Just remember that it's only a single speaker — you'll need to buy two if you want stereo sound, and more for surround.
"Class Neo" — it just sounds fancy, doesn't it? Samsung's Neo QLED TVs offer extreme 4K quality with excellent color performance and brightness, but they also come at a premium price. Right now, though, you can score a 65-inch QN90C 4K Neo QLED TV for only $1,700. That's about $1,100 off, which is a big sale for a TV like this.
All hail the Cube. The newest version of the Amazon Fire TV Cube — the most powerful device in Amazon's streaming lineup — has a better processor and supports Wi-Fi 6E connections. This lets you load apps and movies faster than ever. It's down to an all-time low price right now, which makes this a great time to score this 4K streaming powerhouse.
During Prime Day, Amazon Fire TVs tend to see the biggest discounts. But don't sleep on Roku TVs — like this 43-inch model from TCL, which offers 4K picture quality and smart streaming features for less than $300. It's 11% off right now, which makes it an even better buy.
Amazon isn't the only retailer offering up a wide variety of discounts as Walmart is also joining in on the fun. Walmart's sale is going on right now and ends October 12 at 7 p.m. ET, which is a day longer than Prime Big Deal Days. Plus, you don't have to be a subscriber to Walmart Plus to take advantage of any of the deals.
If you're looking for a quality TV that offers a built-in streaming option and won't break the bank, Amazon's 50-inch 4-Series Fire TV is what you seek. It normally retails for $450 but during Prime Big Deal Days, it's on sale for $289.
Roku's Streambar is part streaming device, part soundbar, making it an efficient addition to anyone's home theater setup. During Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days, you can pick one up for just $100 which is $30 off its normal price.
Who says a TV can't double as an art display? Samsung's Frame certainly didn't get the memo. During Amazon's October Prime Day event, you can score one of these innovative TV sets for $400 off its normal price, which is just $100 shy of the lowest price we've ever seen it at.
You don't need a multi-speaker surround sound setup to get premium sound as this Vizio Elevate soundbar with Dolby Atmos delivers a movie theater-quality experience in your living room. Better yet, it's $100 off during Prime Big Deal Days.
There are few better ways to show off your new TV than by pushing it to its limits with one of the latest video games — and Prime Big Deal Days is an excellent time to score a deal on anything and everything gaming. Madden 24 is $22 off, Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is $11 off (which is a rare deal), and there are plenty more.

Fire Sticks continue to be popular, given they usually cover missing streaming services that even the most modern smart TVs might have missed. The super basic remote is blissfully simple and easy to navigate. So much so I don't even use my regular TV one anymore as the Amazon clicker can control the power and volume too.
