It's a revolutionary thought: Rent is by far the largest monthly expense for many of us. And the rewards you earn can be used to offset rent costs or converted into valuable airline miles and hotel points to help you knock off bucket-list travel that might otherwise be unattainable. The Bilt app has even integrated with award booking service Point.me to help you book travel using as little brainpower as possible.
Bilt Rent Day is an ongoing promotion that occurs on the first day of each month. It's a varying collection of fun offers that often give you the ability to earn bonus points, get exclusive transfer bonuses to valuable airline and hotel partners, receive big discounts on cruises, and more.
This month, Bilt is offering multiple bonus earning opportunities for a full week, from Thanksgiving through December 1, culminating in the recurring events typically available on Bilt Rent Days. The first bonus doesn't even require payment with the

Here's what you should know about maximizing both Bilt Rent bonuses this month.
Bilt Rent Day December 2023
Earn 10 to 16 points per dollar on Bilt Dining for a full week
Unfortunately, this month's biggest earning opportunity is only available to Bilt fans who happen to be in cities with Bilt Dining partners between November 24 and December 1. But if you're near one of these restaurants during this time frame, you can rake in the points while dining out this week.
Simply link an eligible credit card to your Bilt Wallet in the Bilt Rewards app, then dine at any participating Bilt Dining restaurant between Black Friday, November 24, through Bilt Rent Day, December 1.
If you do pay with the
Earn 2 points per dollar on all 1x spend categories (excluding rent) for a week
This bonus extends Bilt's typical Rent Day rewards boost from one day to a full week. This means you can earn 2 Bilt points per dollar when you use your
There's a cap on how much you can earn at 2x: If you spend more than $20,000, each dollar over the limit will earn just 1 point again. And there's one exception to the 2x rewards rule: As is the norm for Bilt Rent Day, your monthly housing payment will only earn 1 point per dollar between November 24 and December 1.
Bonus dining opportunity in NYC
This Rent Day, Bilt is also offering an exclusive dining opportunity for 40 guests in New York City on December 1 from 7 to 11 p.m.
"The Ultimate Tasting Experience: Italy" is a five-course meal showcasing culinary treats from four of the Big Apple's favorite Italian restaurants: Saint Theo's, Di Fara, A Pasta Bar and La Baia.
The event will take place at a unique venue in New York City called Lavan Chelsea, and guests will dine their way through flavors from different regions of Italy surrounded by immersive sound and visuals designed to enhance the overall experience.

While Bilt unveils unique offerings each month, there are a couple of promotions that (almost) always appear.
Get a complimentary SoulCycle Ride
In September 2023, Bilt began offering complimentary rides to the first 10 members per class who book directly in the Bilt App in 56 classes throughout the country. Those who don't sign up in time to grab one of the 10 spots can still book a ride through the fitness tab in the Bilt app using either points or regular payment. This month, Soulcycle appointments for Rent Day open up on November 25 at 12 pm Eastern time.
When you book a Rent Day Ride, you'll automatically be entered to win rent for a month (up to $2,500). One rider per Rent Day Ride will win, so there's a higher chance of scoring free rent if you choose to exercise with Bilt on the first of each month.
Point Quest
Bilt conducts a virtual trivia game called Bilt Point Quest, which can be found in the Bilt Rewards app and played each Rent Day. You can answer five questions for a chance to win a total of 150 points. If you answer all five questions correctly, you get the chance to answer a sixth question worth an additional 100 points.
Play the Rent Free game for a chance to get your November rent paid
Bilt also has a Family Feud-style game called Rent Free. You'll submit guesses to questions Bilt asked to its members, trying to pinpoint the most popular answers.
If you correctly guess three of the most popular answers, you'll be entered for a chance to get your rent paid for the month. Bilt will have special guests on the game show, and the more successfully they answer that month's questions, the more people will get their rent paid (up to 10 each month).
Earn double Bilt points on non-rent purchases
On the first day of each month, the
- 6 points per dollar on dining (regularly 3 points per dollar) — and up to 11 points per dollar when using the Bilt Dining feature
- 4 points per dollar on travel (regularly 2 points per dollar)
- 2 points per dollar on all other purchases (regularly 1 point per dollar)
Once you earn a total of 10,000 points across all spending categories during Rent Day (not counting the bonus 5x you'll earn via Bilt Dining), your card will revert back to the normal earning rates.
