Amazon is offering a Cyber Monday Kindle Unlimited deal on its subscription reading service, which grants you access to a library with millions of ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines. Right now, new Kindle Unlimited subscribers can get three months for $0.99.

Kindle Unlimited is typically $12 a month, so this deal saves you $35. Once your three-month promo period ends,  your plan will renew at the regular price unless you cancel. For more info, you can check out our Amazon Kindle Unlimited guide.

To access this Cyber Monday Kindle Unlimited deal, you'll need to have an Amazon account; you don't need to be an Amazon Prime member to sign up, however, as Kindle Unlimited is a standalone subscription service. Kindle Unlimited Cyber Monday FAQs

What is Kindle Unlimited?

Kindle Unlimited is a monthly subscription service with millions of ebooks and magazines, including some titles with Audible narration. Subscriptions typically cost $12 a month and new members are usually eligible for a 30-day trial.

How does Kindle Unlimited work?

Kindle Unlimited gives you access to a digital library via the Kindle app, or you can read online with your browser.

You can claim up to 20 ebooks or audiobooks at a time in your personal collection and keep them for as long as you like. You can then exchange titles whenever you want so there's no real limit on how many books you can read.

What's the difference between Prime Reading and Kindle Unlimited?

Amazon Prime members have access to a different benefit called Prime Reading. This perk also includes ebooks, magazines, and audiobooks, but the selection is much smaller than what you'd get with Kindle Unlimited.

Prime members don't have to pay extra for Prime Reading, but they do have to pay for Kindle Unlimited.

Is Kindle Unlimited worth it?

Kindle Unlimited is a great deal for frequent readers who want a wide selection of ebooks, and the $12 monthly price is similar to the price of a single new book. However, Kindle Unlimited's selection doesn't feature all of the latest releases.

Before signing up, you should look through the Kindle store to get a sense for what's actually available with a membership. Ebooks included with Kindle Unlimited are clearly marked in the Kindle app.

Many of the available books come from the romance, thriller, and nonfiction genres, but there are some new releases and Amazon originals as well. Magazines like Time, People, Cosmopolitan, Popular Mechanics, and Men's Health are included as well.
