The rise in new mobile devices has allowed us to access aspects of our personal healthcare in increasingly simple and flexible ways. Rapidly developing smartphones are placing telehealth services at the forefront of how patients engage with their clinicians — and playing a crucial role behind the scenes in the operation of healthtech businesses.

One such business is Qured, a startup that was founded in 2017 in London that offers users access to at-home health screening. "I never saw myself as a conventional COO. I founded Feedr (a corporate catering platform) and worked for the CDC Group. That experience really drove my determination to work with innovative tech startups," said Lyz Swanton, Qured's COO.
