Khazar Momeni was arrested and charged with driving under the influence on Monday, SFPD said.
Her brother is Nima Momeni, the tech consultant charged in murdering Cash App creator Bob Lee.
Lee was killed in a fatal stabbing in downtown San Francisco in April.
