Important news for fans of A24's Oscar-decorated film slate: the company has just signed a multiyear “pay-1" output deal in the U.S. with the HBO and Max brands. What that means is, if you want to stream A24 movies as part of a subscription service, you’ll have use Warner Bros. Discovery’s HBO, Max, and Cinemax.
