The US has a game plan for the Ukraine war which rests on Kyiv holding out against Russia until 2025, according to a report by The New York Times.

This "hold-and-build" strategy could allow Ukraine to step up its domestic arms production capabilities next year to produce more long-range drones and missiles, the Times reported.
