Glenn Dubin, the billionaire investor with longstanding ties to Jeffrey Epstein, has come up again in court documents, this time with the accusation that he had sex with one of Epstein's sex trafficking victims while his pregnant wife was asleep in the next room.

A 2016 deposition in a Florida case involving attorney Alan Dershowitz was unsealed Tuesday, including questioning of Epstein accuser Virginia Giuffre. The deposition was an exhibit in the civil lawsuit between Giuffre and Epstein accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.

Giuffre has repeatedly accused Epstein and his accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell of trafficking her to Dubin and other powerful figures starting when she was a teenager.

In the 2016 deposition, Dershowitz's attorney asked Giuffre whether Dubin was "the powerful business executive whose pregnant wife was asleep in the next room," to which Giuffre responded "Yes."

A spokesperson for Dubin told Business Insider on Tuesday: "The Dubins strongly deny these allegations, as we first said in 2019, when these unsubstantiated statements first surfaced as part of this same civil court proceeding."

Giuffre was also asked whether she'd ever been trafficked to Glenn Dubin's wife Eva Andersson Dubin. She responded, "no."

The Dubins have previously expressed regret for their relationship with Epstein. Business Insider previously reported that the couple was aware in 2009 that Epstein was a registered sex offender who was jailed for 13 months on charges of procuring a minor for prostitution. Eva Dubin emailed Epstein's probation officer at the time to say she was "100% comfortable" with Epstein being around her three children, all of whom were under the age of 18.

After the financier was arrested in 2019 on sex trafficking charges, a Dubin spokesperson told Business Insider that "had they been aware of the vile and unspeakable conduct described in these new allegations, they would have cut off all ties and certainly never have allowed their children to be in his presence."

Business Insider also previously reported that Epstein victim Johanna Sjoberg provided at least one massage to Glenn and Eva Dubin, though Sjoberg said there was no erotic component and the Dubins said they did not recall it.

Eva Andersson Dubin dated Epstein in the 1980s for more than a decade and testified in Maxwell's defense at her 2021 trial.

Glenn Dubin, whom she married in 1994, also forged a business relationship with Epstein and together they lost millions investing in a hedge fund that was later accused of predatory lending and investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Business Insider's previously reported.

The couple also have a daughter, Celina Dubin, whom Epstein previously joked about marrying, a source close to Epstein told Business Insider in 2019.

Celina Dubin was 19 then, and referred to Epstein as "Uncle Jeff." Business Insider reported there was no evidence the pair ever had a romantic relationship, and Epstein told his associates his intent was financial — he wanted her to inherit his wealth, and a marriage would circumvent inheritance taxes.
