We aim to find the top young leaders of the world's largest tech companies, including Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, Nvidia, Salesforce, and more.
Diverse blue-chip talent is distributed, so we're seeking nominees globally. A great candidate is someone who is actively shaping the future of the most well-known incumbent technologies.
Our company criteria include publicly traded companies with a market capitalization of $25 billion or higher.
Nominees:
Have been with their respective company for one year or longer
Have been promoted
Stand out from their peers
Play a role in shaping the future of technology their company offers
Leaders across technical and product-facing roles and varying job titles are eligible. While there's no strict age cut-off, we're looking for individuals who are in early to mid-career.
