Costco has charged $1.50 for the combo since 1985, which would be more than $4 in today's prices.

In the fall of 2023, he visited all 50 US state capitals in 30 days. So, to save money, he decided to set himself a much cheaper challenge: Living off Costco's $1.50 hot dog deal for a week.
