• A big part of that group lives in just 10 cities around the world, congregating in global capitals.

There are around 400,000 people in the world who are classified as having ultra-high net worths — about 0.005% of the world's total population of 8 billion, according to a 2023 report from the analytics provider Wealth-X, which researches high net worth people.
