Nikol Moses felt the itch to head somewhere new.
The pandemic made her a little stir-crazy, so two years ago, she decided to take the plunge and move from her native Melbourne to Brisbane — a two-hour flight down Australia's west coast. "Plot twist: I didn't. I spent probably nine months in Brisbane completely alone," Moses told me.
