Russia has established a clandestine weapons program in China, Reuters reported.
China is helping Russia develop attack drones for use in the war with Ukraine, per Reuters.
The report, if confirmed, should not come as a surprise to the West, experts told BI.

The report stated that Russia had created a secret weapons program in China, citing documents as well as two unnamed sources from a European intelligence agency.
