In October 2025, I finally got to experience Delta's first-class cabin for myself on a flight from NYC to West Palm Beach, Florida. A basic economy ticket would have cost $350, and I paid $150 more to upgrade to first class.
I'd flown first class once before as a kid, and I barely remember it. But this was my first time upgrading to the premium cabin with Delta — my top-rated airline for economy travelers.
