Amazon quietly stopped offering Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support on its ad-supported Prime Video tier.

The change, first noticed by German outlet 4KFilme, was confirmed by an Amazon spokesperson, who spoke with The Verge.

"Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos capabilities are only available on the ad free option, on relevant titles," they told the publisher.
