- Catal Restaurant and Uva Bar at Disneyland California's Downtown Disney are closing on 14 April.
- The restaurant has been in business since the Downtown Disney District opened in 2001.
- It will be replaced by a Mexican restaurant headed up by Michelin-starred chef Carlos Gaytan.
One of the oldest restaurants in Disneyland California's Downtown Disney district is closing down this month.
Catal Restaurant and its accompanying outdoor bar – Uva Bar – have been permanent fixtures since the opening of Downtown Disney in 2001. The restaurant – run by the Patina Group, which operates other restaurants in this area of Disneyland – announced on Instagram that it would be closing down on April 14.
