In a "Fox & Friends" interview, Casey DeSantis spoke about her 2021 breast cancer diagnosis.
Casey, who is in remission, said that she and Ron didn't tell their children that she had cancer.
The DeSantis' children were aged 4, 3, and 1 at the time.
