Tiger Woods' 'little brother' Justin Thomas sells his $3.5 million 'starter' mansion and it's the ultimate bachelor pad

PGA Tour star Justin Thomas unloaded his home in the exclusive golfing community of Jupiter, Florida.

The property, dubbed Thomas' "starter house" by Golf Digest, was on the market for $3.5 million just months after he got married, and was listed by former golfer Johnny DelPrete of Douglas Elliman Realty. 

Thomas is considered Tiger Woods' closest friend on the PGA Tour and has even been referred to by Tiger as his "younger brother" and an "older brother" to Tiger's son, Charlie Woods. So it's no surprise that the house for sale is just three miles from Tiger's home on Jupiter Island.

The house is only about three miles from Tiger Woods' house on Jupiter Island.

Here is how Woods described his relationship with Thomas after a Masters practice round in 2022:

"It was fun to see the changes in [Charlie since the last time he played Augusta]," Woods said. "And us as a family, to go out here, and to have Robbie [McNamara] out here, and JT, who is like my younger brother and Charlie's older brother. For us to come out here and play together, we just had a blast. Couldn't ask for a better day, temperature-wise. It was just a perfect day."

The 5,500-square-foot house was built in 2008, has four bedrooms, five full baths, and two half-baths.

It sits on just under an acre of land within walking distance of the Indian River and just a few miles from the Atlantic Ocean.

Thomas reportedly upgraded recently to a $13.5 million house on the water in the same area after getting married in November. 

While the house is not directly on the water, it does come with water ramp access "to launch jetskis, kayak, or whatever you please."

Thomas bought the house in 2016 for $1.49 million.

Thomas originally listed the house for $3.65 million in March but later dropped the price to $3.50 million.

The house has a beautiful open concept.

Thomas did some renovations on the house, including new countertops.

The kitchen has a second meal-prep island on wheels.

There is also a bar with matching countertops.

But the star of the upgrades is the 1,100-square-foot addition Thomas built above the 3-car garage.

The addition is where we see the style of the young athlete.

The area includes five TVs and a University of Alabama-themed pool table.

There is also a bar area. It is easy to imagine the shelves once housed some nice bottles.

The life of the young, single pro golfer can also be seen in the pool area.

There is plenty of privacy in the backyard for gatherings that might have included Thomas' many famous friends.

Thomas has made over $53 million in his career, the tenth-highest total in PGA Tour history.

Adjacent to the pool, there is an outdoor TV area with a fireplace and kitchen.

Back inside, the dining room is simple, but elegant.

Thomas loves his TVs. He had another one in the primary bedroom above another fireplace.

The primary bedroom has two walk-in closets.

The adjoining bathroom is gorgeous with two vanities.

The rest of the bedrooms have beautiful wood floors.

Each bedroom has its own en suite.
