Chip and Joanna bought the Silos in downtown Waco in 2015.

They purchased the property to open the Magnolia Market, where they sell home goods that are updated seasonally. However, the area has expanded exponentially since then.

In addition to Magnolia Market, the Silos campus is now home to six additional stores, the Silos Baking Co., the coffee shop Magnolia Press, and a large field where food trucks service guests daily.

The Gaineses also run Magnolia Table across town.

They turned it into Magnolia Table and reopened the space in 2018, serving breakfast and lunch daily.

They also have the Little Shop on Bosque.

The Little Shop on Bosque was Chip and Joanna's first iteration of Magnolia Market, though it doesn't sit on the Silos property.

The Gaineses first opened the store in 2003, and it closed in 2014.

But they reopened it in 2018, offering "slightly damaged and last chance items at a discount" from their Magnolia line at the store, according to their website.

Chip and Joanna bought the Magnolia House in McGregor, Texas, in 2015, and they documented their renovation of the home for "Fixer Upper."

The property sits just outside of Waco and consists of the main house, which has five bedrooms, and a smaller, three-bedroom home known as the Carriage House. They turned both into rental properties, which are available on Airbnb.

Chip and Joanna shared on their show that they originally bought the property for $195,000, and they listed it for sale at $995,000 through their real-estate company Magnolia Realty.

According to the listing for the property, a sale on the property is pending.

They also own the Hillcrest Estate, another rental property in Waco.

In 2018, the Gaineses opened Hillcrest Estate, a five-bedroom home they renovated as a rental property in Waco.

The property sleeps 12 and is available on Airbnb.

Unlike the Magnolia House, Chip and Joanna have not announced any plans to sell the Hillcrest Estate.

They modernized the 130-year-old property, as they documented in their series "Fixer Upper: Welcome Home," allowing fans to tour it for a fee when they finished it in 2022.

The Gaineses put the castle up for auction in July 2023, and according to Concierge Auctions, bidding is closed because there's currently a pending sale on the property.

But the property was still available for tours through Magnolia for $50 per ticket as of Thursday.

In addition to its rooms, the boutique hotel has a café, a restaurant called The Brasserie, a rooftop lounge, and a library.

It opened on November 3, and the lowest price Insider saw for a room at Hotel 1928 as of Thursday was $375 before taxes and fees.
