  • Vice President Kamala Harris reportedly watches Fox News.
  • She reportedly tunes in to "The Five" and stresses about negative coverage.
  • "It got in her head and caused high anxiety," said one former aide.

Vice President Kamala Harris's media diet includes Fox News, according to Axios.

That includes "The Five," an evening talk show featuring hosts Greg Gutfeld, Jesse Watters, Dana Perino, and Jeanine Pirro.

And according to that report, Harris is at times distracted or thrown off by the conservative network's negative coverage of her, whether it's casting her as the true powerbroker behind Biden or as incompetent.

"It got in her head and caused high anxiety because they were constantly hammering her," said one former Harris aide.

Both Harris and President Joe Biden are also fans of MSNBC's "Morning Joe," with Biden in particular often asking aides whether they saw a particular story or segment from the show, according to the report.

Since Biden and Harris took office, Fox News has been a consistent font of criticism for both — but Harris in particular.

That's included floating baseless notions that Biden would seek to nominate Harris to the Supreme Court, as well as the suggestion that Harris is "not from this country" because she attended high school in Montreal, Canada.
