Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has barred kids under 14 from using social media platforms.
He signed a bill on Monday that also blocks 14- and 15-year-olds from owning accounts unless their parents consent.
Most platforms already bar kids under 13 from owning accounts, though this is loosely enforced.
