I love stocking up on items I can prepare in the air fryer for quick, easy meals.
  • As a single person who doesn't love cooking, I'm always looking for easy meals.
  • Costco has plenty of quick food options I can prepare in the air fryer.
  • My favorites include frozen pizzas, black-bean burgers, dumplings, and sweet-potato fries.

I'm not the biggest fan of cooking, so simple meals I can throw together are my go-to. Costco is a lifesaver because it has a variety of choices and portions that work for a single person with limited fridge and freezer space.

I'm not alone in my love for the retailer — Costco topped the rankings of the American Customer Satisfaction Index study once again this year.

My air fryer also gets a lot of use in my kitchen, especially in summer when I don't want to heat up my whole apartment. It's one of my favorite ways to get meals ready quickly.

Here are nine Costco items I rely on to cook quick, decently healthy meals in my air fryer.

I always reach for Brazi Bites when I'm craving a chewy snack.

Brazi Bites are one of my favorite gluten-free snacks.

As the name suggests, Brazi Bites are bite-sized, Brazilian-inspired cheese bread made of tapioca flour.

I pop the chewy, gluten-free snack in my air fryer for about 15 minutes so the outside gets nice and toasty.

Cooking frozen pizza in the air fryer creates the perfect crunch.

I love Motor City Pizza Co.'s Detroit-style frozen pizza when I'm craving takeout.

Motor City Pizza Co.'s Detroit-style frozen pizza has a unique cheesy crust and umami crunch. With all its flavor, it could convincingly pass as a takeout pie.

The two-pack at Costco makes for quick meals to satisfy my cheesy cravings. I air-fry the pizza for the perfect crunch and pair it with some greens for a complete meal.

The Kirkland Signature cauliflower-crust pizza has a unique flavor.

The Kirkland Signature pizza has a cauliflower crust and deluxe toppings that pair well together.

Cauliflower crust adds some variety to my pizza rotation and reheats well in the air fryer when I can't finish a whole pie myself.

The thin, cauliflower-crust Kirkland Signature pizza is loaded with toppings — including pepperoni, sausage, and roasted vegetables — and gives that satisfying salty, sweet hit without overloading the senses.

The cauliflower also adds a subtle nuttiness to the crust that pairs well with the rest of the deluxe toppings.

The MorningStar Farms chipotle black-bean burgers can be prepared in several delicious ways.

I love how many ways there are to enjoy MorningStar Farm's black-bean burgers.

MorningStar Farms' chipotle black-bean burgers are an excellent air-fryer option. They cook quickly for lunch and have a great flavor profile that satisfies my veggie-burger craving.

With visible flecks of vegetables and beans, the black-bean burgers work well chopped up in a wrap with a bit of shredded lettuce, Greek yogurt, and banana peppers. But they're also tasty on a bun with traditional burger fixings.

The Sunrise Farms Buffalo-style wings are fully cooked and perfect to throw in the air fryer.

Buffalo is my favorite chicken-wing flavor from Sunrise Farms.

The Sunrise Farms Buffalo-style wings are fully cooked, which saves me time and alleviates my worries over whether the meat is done. The brand has a few other flavors, but Buffalo stands out for me.

The wings are a great quick option for the air fryer. I like mine well done, so I air-fry them low and slow at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.

The Bibigo mini wontons make for a quick, easy meal on a busy workday.

I love dipping the Bibigo dumplings in chili crisp and soy sauce.

Dumplings and an air fryer are a match made in heaven.

I air-fry the Bibigo chicken and cilantro dumplings and dip them in some chili crisp and soy sauce for an easy meal on workdays.

Russet House's sweet-potato fries come out perfectly crisp in the air fryer.

I'll either have the Russet House fries on their own as a snack or with a meal as a side.

Russet House' crispy sweet-potato fries — another air-fryer staple — are a perfect snack or a satisfying side dish.

The thin coating holds up through cooking, revealing a tender, moist interior and satisfying outer crunch.

Little Potato Co.'s red potatoes are incredible when prepared in the air fryer.

I prepare Little Potato Co.'s red and white potatoes differently for optimal flavor.

The Little Potato Co.'s potatoes are flavor bombs. But my biggest tip is to cook the red and white potatoes differently.

The waxier red ones are great for twice-cooked, smashed potatoes. I throw mine in the air fryer to crisp up after a quick parboil.

But I tend to just boil the white ones and pair them with butter and chives or salt and pepper.

Hampton House's ribs smell delicious when prepared in the air fryer.

I usually pair Hampton House's ribs with rice and cucumber.

When cooked in the air fryer, Hampton House's oven-ready, dry-garlic ribs smell so good.

They go perfectly with rice and sliced cucumber, complementing the ribs' salty, fatty goodness.
