I've worked at Costco for 19 years, and if you ask me, the store is a leading retailer in customer satisfaction for a reason. The warehouse always seems to be stocking its shelves with new food items, furniture, and home goods.

This October, the retailer is carrying new fall-themed merchandise and even a few holiday items. Here are 10 things I recommend checking out at Costco this month.

I'd definitely pick up the Nurri chocolate protein shakes.

Costco's bakery has introduced a popular new item: the mixed-berry streusel cheesecake.

This dessert is made with a sweet graham-cracker crust, rich cheesecake, and a filling with cherries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. The final cake is topped with a scrumptious, crispy streusel that ties everything together.

The mixed-berry streusel cheesecake is $23 at my location.

Get ready for the winter season with the Bluey family holiday inflatable.

This cute holiday inflatable depicts Dad, Mum, Bluey, and Bingo with a Christmas tree.

It can be displayed indoors or outdoors, has double stitching for durability, and stands about 6 feet tall. The animated series is pretty popular, so I doubt this inflatable set will be in stock until Christmas.

My Costco sells this holiday inflatable for $150.

Keep your lunch cool or warm with the Titan insulated carry-all.

The Titan insulated carry-all is great for packing your lunch or just transporting food. The insulated bag can keep refrigerated food cold for up to six hours and warm meals heated for up to an hour and a half.

It comes in a few different colors and costs $20 at my store.

Mix things up with the Utz Halloween mini cheese-ball barrel.

With spooky season just around the corner, it might be worth straying from typical candy bars and grabbing the Utz Halloween barrel of cheese balls instead.

Each barrel contains 60 bags of mini cheese balls. The cheese-flavored corn snacks make for a great treat, and the barrel can even be reused as a storage bin.

The Utz Halloween barrels are only $7.60 at my Costco.

The Lego luggage set comes with a carry-on and a backpack.

Kids can travel in style with this super cute Lego carry-on and backpack set.

The carry-on has a big compartment, a built-in TSA combination lock, and silent double wheels. The corresponding backpack contains a main storage space with a padded laptop and tablet compartment.

At my location, the Lego carry-on and backpack set costs $100.

The LiveMore Superfoods Aloha Greens smoothie cups are super refreshing.

The LiveMore Superfoods Aloha Greens smoothie cups are a quick way to get some of my greens throughout the day.

Each package comes with four ready-to-blend smoothie cups containing only six ingredients: pineapple, spinach, mango, banana, dates, and kiwi. The smoothie cups are also gluten- and dairy-free.

At my store, the Aloha Greens smoothie cups can be found in the frozen section for $13.

If you're looking for a quick meal, you might want to pick up the Spudlers smoked-bacon breakfast hash.
