Heavy rainfall this week over Massachusetts and Rhode Island washed away roads, collapsed homes, and created large sinkholes throughout the region.

California is facing yet another atmospheric river that will pummel parts of the state with heavy rain and snowfall tonight through Wednesday, as officials and emergency workers are still responding to the fallout from the most recent storm.

More than 75,000 customers in California were without power Thursday afternoon after yet another winter storm dumped feet of snow.

Winter weather hit both coasts over the last few days, dropping snow over California and across the Northeast. Cities around the country experienced power outages and massive transit headaches. And there’s more to come.

Weird weather has swarmed the U.S. this week, creating widespread travel delays and blackouts for communities across the country.
