Tesla CEO Elon Musk told employees the automaker would need to be "absolutely hard core" about headcount and costs when he laid off 10% of the company's workforce in April.
Ramzan Kadyrov, leader of the Russian Republic of Chechnya, posted a video of himself driving a Tesla Cybertruck with what appeared to be a machine gun mounted on top.
"He's a very smart guy. I certainly would, if he would do it, I certainly would. He's a brilliant guy," former President Donald Trump told Reuters when asked if he would offer Elon Musk a cabinet or advisory position.
