Unopened, first-generation iPhones have fetched tens of thousands of dollars at recent auctions, and one just set a new record with a sale price of nearly $200,000.
A $175 check signed by Steve Jobs from 1976, the year Apple was founded, was expected to fetch $25,000 at auction, but its final sale price came out to a whopping $106,985.
