- Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are going podcast-official.
- The singer will be a guest on a Wednesday "New Heights" podcast episode.
- This is a rare appearance for Swift on the podcast circuit — and a big win for Kelce.
Travis Kelce just scored the ultimate podcast guest — Taylor Swift.
The "New Heights" podcast, hosted by Kelce and his brother, Jason Kelce, just dropped a teaser on Instagram for a coming episode featuring the singer.
In the short clip, Swift complimented Kelce on his blue sweater, to which he replied: "Yes, I know. It's the color of your eyes, sweetie. That's why we match so well."
The episode drops on Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET, according to the teaser.
The "New Heights" podcast launched on September 8, 2022, and this marks the first time Swift is appearing on the show as a guest, though the brothers have mentioned her several times.
Most notably, Kelce said in an April 2023 episode that he had made a friendship bracelet for Swift with his number on it and tried to shoot his shot with her during her Eras Tour concert.
Swift confirmed in a December 2023 interview with Time magazine that she and Kelce "started hanging out right after that."
This appearance on "New Heights" also marks one of Swift's rare podcast appearances. The singer has previously appeared on "The Zach Sang Show" and Apple Music's "The Zane Lowe Show."
At 12:12 a.m. ET on Tuesday, Swift announced the title of her 12th studio album, "The Life of a Showgirl."
When the countdown ended, "New Heights" released another preview clip of the coming podcast episode, in which Swift reveals her album cover — though it's blurred out.
Swift is the world's richest female musician, with an estimated net worth of $1.4 billion, according to May data from Bloomberg.
Over the years, the "New Heights" podcast has hosted several high-profile guests, including Brad Pitt, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and LeBron James — who, like Swift, is a billionaire.
Representatives for Kelce and Swift didn't immediately respond to requests for comment sent by Business Insider outside regular hours.
