Minnesota legislators reached a compromise with Uber and Lyft to increase pay for drivers across the state through a newly passed bill on Sunday, according to the Star Tribune.
Not content with having depressed wages in the transportation industry, Uber is teaming up with Waymo to eliminate food delivery drivers entirely.

On Tuesday, Lyft announced a new feature that will connect women and nonbinary riders with other female and nonbinary drivers to create a more secure and confident experience. The feature, called Women+ Connect, will allow riders to choose to match with similar drivers which Lyft says was a “highly requested feature.”
